We predominantly specialise in hockey athletes, from the pro’s to rec league. Whatever your standard of hockey our online coaching we will individual to you, you’ll soon be flying down the wing past D men, winning 50/50 battles in the corners or making game defining saves if you are a goalie!
Athletes

Step 1 - Consultation Call
We kick off the process with a call to discuss:
- Previous training history.
- Previous injury history.
- Goal setting.
- Expectations and programme logistics.
- Home based testing protocol.
Step 2 - Send us your testing
Following the consultation call you will provide us with the results of your home based testing protocol.
These tests serve two purposes:
- We gain an insight into how competent you are at some key movement patterns which helps us write the programme.
- We have some data we can refer back to and compare future testing against.
Step 3 - We build your programme
